directoryEasy maintains ownership of the codebase while granting usage rights under the following terms and conditions.

• This license grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the code to create end products.
• You are licensed to use the codebase to create multiple directories for yourself or for a single client. The end product can be either free or commercial. Resellers and freelancers may purchase the license on behalf of their clients and charge for their services.

Permitted Uses:

• Create multiple directories using the codebase
• Sell to one client at a time (a new license is required for each additional client - bulk discounts are available)

Prohibited Uses:

• Create a product that redistributes or resells the codebase
• Redistribute the codebase without explicit permission from directoryEasy
• Create end products for multiple clients using a single license
• Share your license with other individuals or companies
